Refund policy
At Drop, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we offer in Store returns, unfortunately we can not have orders returned by courier, in store returns and exchanges subject to the following conditions:
Return Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of receiving your products to initiate a return.
Condition of the Product: The returned product must be unworn, in the original condition, and have all original tags still attached. Additionally, it must be returned in its original packaging, including any boxes or bags that were included with the purchase.
Refund Options: We offer full refunds in the same form as the original payment method. Cash purchases will be refunded in cash, online credit card purchases will be refunded to the same credit card, and so on. Alternatively, we provide the option for exchanges or store credit.
Proof of Purchase: To process your return, you must present our employee with proof of purchase. This can be in the form of an emailed, SMS or physical receipt.
