What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No, COD is not available. All online orders must be paid by card at checkout.

How long does local delivery take?

Typically delivery within Egypt takes 2–4 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! However, bear in mind you would need to pay your home countries import customs.

Can I return or exchange my online order?

Yes, online orders can be returned or exchanged in-store. We cannot collect returns from your address.

Are all your products authentic?

Yes. Every item sold at Drop is 100% authentic and sourced from verified suppliers.

Do you offer authentication services for items bought elsewhere?

No. We cannot provide authentication services.

Can the delivery driver wait for me to try on items?

No. Delivery drivers cannot wait for try-ons. If something doesn’t work out, you can return or exchange in-store within 14 days (subject to policy).
